Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable deposit is mandatory for all services. In the event that rescheduling is necessary, kindly inform us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients effectively. You need to reschedule within less than 48 hours' notice, a subsequent deposit will be mandated, and the initial deposit will be forfeited. Repeated instances of late notification leading to a third deposit requirement will result in the inability to schedule future appointments with Pink Me Up.
